1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by noahops (operated by Ashtayah Labs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

noahops provides an agentic deployment and infrastructure management platform that allows users to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on cloud providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify noahops immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Cloud Provider Credentials & Access

By connecting your AWS or GCP account to noahops, you grant noahops the permissions required to provision, modify, manage, and monitor infrastructure resources in your cloud provider account on your behalf. You acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for all charges, usage fees, and billing incurred within your own cloud provider accounts.

5. Fees and Payments

noahops may offer both free and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing upon reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its codebase, logo, design system, text, graphics, and features, is the intellectual property of Ashtayah Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your internal business operations in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall noahops or Ashtayah Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, downtime, cloud service cost overruns, or third-party breaches resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use the platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
