Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
At noahops (operated by Ashtayah Labs), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data and your cloud credentials when you use our platform.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our agentic infrastructure deployment services, we collect:
• Account Registration Info: When you sign in with Google OAuth, we collect your email address, name, profile picture, and access tokens.
• Cloud Provider Access Credentials: To provision and manage resources on AWS or GCP, we collect IAM Role ARNs, External IDs, and API secrets that you explicitly supply.
• Repository Integration Metadata: If you connect GitHub or Bitbucket, we retrieve repository lists and commit histories to support automated build pipelines. We do not store your raw source code, only the build artifact configurations.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
• To provision AWS and GCP infrastructure (VPCs, ECS tasks, RDS databases, etc.) based on your requests.
• To build and publish Docker images securely using automated pipelines.
• To display cost optimization metrics, spend attribution, and service health reports on your dashboard.
• To route real-time infrastructure event notifications to your connected Slack channels or emails.
4. Security and Storage
We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard all secrets and access keys. Your database credentials and cloud provider keys are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share or sell your cloud provider credentials, repository access, or private profile information to third parties.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Our service connects directly with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), GitHub, Bitbucket, and Slack. All data processed by these third parties is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use functional cookies and browser local storage to maintain your logged-in session, track active tabs, and remember user preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of noahops may not function properly as a result.
7. User Choices and Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated credentials at any time. When you disconnect a cloud integration or delete your noahops account, we immediately delete all associated cloud credentials and Slack webhook links from our active databases.
8. Contact Us
